Hulett, who was previously a board member for Mpire, was most recently president of the corporate travel division of Expedia, Inc., the world's largest online travel company. A veteran of successful consumer Internet ventures, Hulett has a proven track record across diverse industries such as entertainment, travel, consumer and enterprise software. Dave Cotter, the founding CEO of Mpire and a long-time business partner of Hulett’s, will become the company’s Chief Marketing Officer.
Under Hulett’s leadership, Expedia Corporate Travel has been recognized as one of the fastest growing corporate travel agencies. The division experienced triple-digit year-over-year revenue growth securing more than 3,000 global clients – including many Fortune 500 companies – in just two years.

Hulett also had leadership roles at RealNetworks and AttachmateWRQ, a privately-held provider of enterprise software.
