This unique dual-function product scans all common linear bar codes and reads and writes to all ISO 15693 and many proprietary 13.56Mhz RFID tags. This 6M model includes a Class 1 laser for normal bar code scanning applications. Like all Socket's data collection products, the CF RFID Reader-Scan Card is supported by SocketScan keyboard wedge software which sends the bar code data as well as the RFID tag ID and/or data from selected memory blocks to any Windows application as virtual keystrokes - No custom programming needed! A small RFID Demo application allows writing to the accessible tag memory blocks for demonstration purposes.
